The Unborn Doha

The Unborn Doha

Looking ahead... Looking at time,
the clock in the wall, time passing by...
The time that measures our search, our seeking.
We move and we search and we search, what do we search for?
Restless, restless, moving, moving, where are we going?
It is time that drives our restlessness
What is it that the clock measures?
The sun rises in the morning and sets in the evening.
Everything else the mind creates...
well defined mathematical fantasies
Look to the future and the promise it holds, they say
We must improve and develop, grow, they say
We must do better, they say
We must build a better tomorrow, they say
What are we building and do we even know why?
Who can build a tomorrow? Has anyone ever seen a tomorrow?
Where is it?
And what is wrong with now?
Holding ideas of better tomorrows,
tensions grow and rise and within ourselves,
becoming disconnected, discontent
We keep looking for tomorrow because now is never good enough,
because the tomorrow is what I am waiting for, my reward
In space where we abide, all is perfect and joy flows free,
what reason is there to crave what I already have for free?
It is this illusion of control,
the idea that I have the power to control what happens.
We think that by having the power to judge and discriminate,
that we have control over life,
that we can decide what we like or don't like.
We think that we have autonomy.
But this judging is what keeps us trapped in a struggle.
There is never an end to judging. The mind when it enters into judging always
finds something to judge-
All reality is relative,
there is always something to judge,
how to end the duality of judgment.
What happened to me yesterday, seems to define what I feel myself to be today.
As I hold to the memories of 'me',
this ever spinning web of past events
churning and churning into this thing I call myself.
And yet, as the mists open over this self,
I cannot find any trace of this identity
 - anywhere.
Who is this 'me' who says: "this is me"?
is the 'this' and the 'me' the same or different?
The same me that cannot stop searching,
the same me that only exists because of time.
The me is made by the clock on the wall, it has no other basis.
Moving in time, from the need to control, having the illusion of what I am or am
not...
the search is ever lost, never finding home...
The one who has no journey, is never lost.
Having nothing to search for, nothing is lacking
Making no separation between before and after, the mind is at peace
Knowing that all seeking and effort cannot lead to happiness,
it is easy to remain open and present with what is
In the openness and presence of the Eternal now
the natural movement of actions and speech are spontaneous;
beyond moving or non-moving, the origin of this mind becomes clear.
The Supreme Source of Being is simply being itself beyond limitations.
The unborn nature of reality and mind is right here, never anything other than
itself.
The great diversity of all that appears is beyond any separation of self-and-other;
Great Love is just that,
the nature of the unceasing manifestation of the ultimate,
free from judging, free from hope or fear.
In the great space of the essence of being,
the ultimate nature,
all emotional troubles dissolve and manifest as natural clarity
There is nothing that is not present right here and now.
Only imagination, our projections seem to exist somewhere else,
in another time, another place....
but where are they really?
When we break out from the eggshell of this limited mind,
the totally of space is our domain,
infinite, unborn, ceaseless, luminous, brighter than a thousand stars
We sit inside ourselves and see a world moving around, time passing...
all that is just happening within the mind, like a dream.
Space never moves or changes. Space does not own anything.
Space does not become anything.
All the variety of colours and shapes that appear in the sky,
are not separate from the sky, but also they are not other.
The narrow view of being a person is just another rainbow in the ultimate
great sky of the Totality of Being,
the Great-Perfection of the ultimate nature.
When we search for the person that we think ourselves to be,
who is the one that is looking? and what is that is found?
In the great space there is nothing lost and nothing found.
All is present but no creation ever happened.
Unborn, unceasing. The ultimate space,
the total all-pervasive space of the ultimate nature of being
it has no need to attain anything,
there is nothing outside of it,
what is there go get?
An infinity of potential can manifest in the boundless unborn matrix of the ultimate ground of being -
just like a mirror can reflect anything,
is unceasing, clear and perfect.
Nothing moves outside space, separate from space.
There is nothing missing. There never was.
We believe we miss so many things, so many things to be attained.
The great luminous silence of the fundamental space is a primal awareness that is all pervasive, omnipresent.
All arises from it, as it, not separate.
Infinity is just a word, the mind cannot ever see it.
Infinity is our nature,
the mind is just a speck of dust floating in the beam of light of momentary attention.
Lost in mind we do not see the bright lucid clear space that sits groundless giving rise to myriad displays.
Seeing itself, seeing all in its true nature, all is good.
The great equanimity. Seeing the ever flowing display of manifestation as the clarity of space itself - so much joy.
It is this source that we must discover.
There is nothing to attain other than that, and that itself is not attainable because it is already here.
 It is all there is.
The totality, the fullness of it all is the same as the emptiness of it all.
There is nothing outside all that is appearing in the ultimate space of your mind, and all that is... is like a dream.
It is the one that searches for something that we must truly find.
Find the one that is searching! We search for things tomorrow, the next moment...
Why must we hold to the promise of tomorrow?
Is 'now' not enough?
What is missing in now? What are you lacking, right now ?
Not in a minute, or a second, in an hour or later today.. but now,
right this instant
right now, what are you missing?
I am here. I see
I hear. I feel. I sense
and yet
I am no where
I am everywhere
In the everywhere and nowhere that I am,
I am nothing, and yet, what else is there?
In the nothing that I am,
I am dissolves and becomes pure awareness
did you notice?
did you notice that you see and feel, and hear ?
did you notice that there is no-one else besides that?
there is no one that experiences thoughts other than you,
and that you are nowhere?
if you think, if you feel, who are you? that feels and thinks?
is the tree different from the fruit?
are waves different from the ocean?
dance child, dance
dance free, dance and float in the ocean of the great primordial source
float the luminous-emptiness beyond time and space
